NaNo is in November; you're looking for Camp NaNoWriMo, which is in July. However, they're connected sites and you can be a part of both of them with the same account. What is camp NaNoWriMo? I've never heard about it before coming to the forum.

You hate the Princess Bride? Inconceivable! Anyway, Camp NaNoWriMo is when you can set your own word goal, and you're assigned to little "Cabins"; small groups of writers who will write together during Camp. It happens twice yearly, in April and July. Here's the link to the site: campnanowrimo.org/

I hate that movie! Idk why I have never liked it. And what is Camp NaNoWriMo? Camp NaNoWriMo is the summer edition of the National Novel Writing Month— You can set your own word count goal, pick any kind of writing project, and use small group settings rather than a large forum. It takes place in April and July. You can find it at campnanowrimo.org/ :-)

Some of the lines in The Princess Bride were great, and I use them frequently, but aside from that I would have flung the whole thing out the window. Welsey was so much better as a pirate, and I'm generally not into romance anyway. So I can compare with LionessLauren.

I do not care for Princess Bride— It was masterfully created, masterfully written, and terribly clever, but it is suffering from a lack of morality which I find slightly distressing. One of the main characters spent his entire life pursuing bloody revenge for his father's death. Another of them has been playing pirate for the past few years, and it is important to note that he "Never takes prisoners"-- Meaning, he is a thief and a murderer. I would tolerate the spirituality and the language if they at least portrayed right as right, and wrong as wrong... But they don't. So I don't care for it.
However, some of the lines are great, and a good many of my friends love the movie. :-)

P.S. Babynames is terribly convenient for when you can't figure out a name for your characters!! Or if you need to name your baby...I guess.

Did anyone see the conjunction of Jupiter and Venus tonight? They haven't been this close since 2 or 3 AD... believed to be part of the explanation behind the Star of Bethlehem. They'll remain close all week - check it out if you get a chance.
It was cloudy for me, so I'll be looking again tomorrow around sunset.

I heard about them being really close to each other but I didn't get to see it. I'll have to look again tonight.

FaithSong : Saw you're on swagbucks too - do you find it worthwhile? Like, do you use it as your main search engine and thus earn lots of sb's? I don't really... I do have it as my default search engine, and I do get some Swagbucks from it, but most of my Swagbucks come from surveys.
