I went to church today. And drove again... hehe. Two neighbor dogs were running out at me. I don't know why dogs are so dumb like that. Aren't they smart enough to be more careful, so they don't end up getting run over? But I was driving slow then, so... Driving is awesome. By the way, does anyone here live somewhere where you can't get your permit until you're 16? Because that's how it is where I am, and it's not cool!
On Friday, me and my sister went to a homeschool group youth\family thing. We stayed when my mom and some younger siblings left and just went home with someone else. It was a very welcome, fun time. I don't do much. Anyhow, we played games most of the time. Games kind of like I used to play with cousins and stuff. It was dark, and they were those games where you try not to get caught, and whatever. I don't usually run around very much... so it all made me sore. Fun times.

Sounds fun. :-)
Where I live, you can't get your permit until you're sixteen.

FaithSong: at least I'm not alone!
BladeSpinnerRae: Yea, since I know where you live, and I've lived there, I know that's correct. (Not fair, though. Haha. By the way, do you have snow in MN? I heard it was snowing there the other day.

We don't have any snow laying on the ground, but we did get quite a flurry the other night! It was lovely! I wish it would've stuck on the ground.

I couldn't get my learners license until I was sixteen. That's fairly normal in Australia though. I didn't until I was seventeen though.

Right now I have a lot of family at my house... Grandparents, aunts and uncles, and lots of cousins. They're all younger than me too. Wild children, yes... So its been nice to have family around, since Thanksgiving. We all got together here and had a big supper and stuff.

That's cool! Working at a library seems like a nice, pretty relaxed job.

Lately I have... been Christmas shopping, made a gingerbread house, cleaned at my dad's spec house... and went in the big dumpster there with some of my brother's and sisters to find boards and things I could use... Literally, one man's junk is another man's (or woman's in this case) treasure. I also kept some copper and things I found while vacuuming the bathroom cabinets out. Such is the way of an artist-y person like me.

It's been a long time since I was last on this forum. Life has been very busy, I think I might have a little more time to be on here now though.

Yesterday I spent seven and a half hours painting a window with a friend. It was fun but after painting for that long my arms were really tired.

It was a really long one with eight sections. Every year in February there's festival called Laskiainen and that window is always painted with some winter scene. The lady who usually does it goes to our church but she was too busy to do it this year and asked me to do it.

Wow, that's really cool! That festival sounds very neat! I hope you enjoy it I've been...doing animal chores for other people, watching a movie series when time allows, my cousins' have been coming out just about every weekend because one has to work on a car here, and I'm trying to read, and doing just life-stuff.

For a while I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to go to the festival because I have to go to a robotics tournament that's around three to three and a half hours away. But then we decided to come back a little earlier than we'd planned at first so now I should still be able to go.

No, the one I'm a part of is where each season there's a challenge and you have to build a robot that will be able to complete the tasks in the challenge.
