Rulers are under the same moral rules as all people and should be brought to justice. I have read that one of your presidents left office in disgrace. King David certainly was not exempt from the command 'you shall not covet your neighbour's wife, as shown by the matter of Uriah the Hittite (I can not remember the exact reference for that one it is in the later part of second Samuel).

Interesting. And I agree all of our presidents leave the office in disgrace, But you have to remember that governing authorities, rulers, they are in that place of authority because God divinely placed them there. Was King David overthrow and killed after he sinned? No. But I can't find any Bible verse that say it's okay to, as you say, "bring the ruler to justice"
